The best way to discover Sardinia and its beauties, like the marvellous coasts and the unexpected views of the hinterland, is through a combined excursion like that chosen by our clients. Jeeps and dinghies brought them to beautiful places and then to one of the best beaches of Southern Sardinia to enjoy a buffet lunch and also a few hours under the last warm sun of the season.  The final evening of the event took place in a wonderful location, only a few kilometres away from the hotel, where dinner has been served directly under the vineyards. The atmosphere was really enchanting and unique.

This trip to Sardinia led the clients discover some of the most representative and beautiful areas of the entire island. On the first day a fun excursion on board of the Little Green Train has been organized especially for them; going across the planes of the Campidano area they arrived to the slopes of the first mounts of Barbagia. This funny day ended in a typical Sardinian restaurant where the menu based on local products has been enriched by songs and dances by the folk group.  The day after a nice excursion on board of comfortable dinghies gave them the chance to know the Southern Coast of Sardinia and then to relax on the beach with a light snack and a short football match within friends

During this event we have worked on social program of the conference in cooperation with the organizing committee. We have provided for some English speaking guides who accompanied the guests, coming from all over the world, to visit some technical sites linked to the subject of the event and also to visit the centre of Cagliari.  We have also supplied some buses to bring guests to have dinner in some of the most prestigious restaurants of the city.

In the framework of the Audi Med Cup regatta, during the contest taking place in Cagliari, we worked together with the Puerto Calero staff to organize the presentation of the regatta that will take place by them, in Lanzarote, next October. We provided them with some hostesses that the day before the event distributed some flyers with the invitation to the presentation and also some gadgets, both inside the regatta village both by the most well known bars and pubs in Cagliari. For the evening of the presentation a model and a mime welcomed the guests in the VIP area of the village, during a champagne cocktail. The mime then entertained guests with some funny gags. At the end of the presentation  we've organised a buffet, with the help of a high level catering service, very famous in Cagliari. The evening ended with a DJ set that let everybody dance, both sailors and local participants!

For this event we took care of all logistics. We booked all flights for participants, coming from all over Italy; we organised and supervise all arrival and departure transfers for the group, with the assistance of a beautiful hostess at the airporty; more over we managed every change in flight tickets matching specific requests of the clients.

Annual meeting, Italian participants. Services: excursion with rubber boat for a part of the group. The guests reach the paradisial beach of Tuerredda with large and comfortable rubber boats. In the meantime another part of the group chose a cultural excursion at Carloforte island with a typical fish based lunch in the best restaurant of the island.

Annual convention organized by the Italian delegation. Just one day dedicated to work and the rest to relax and discovery of treasures of Sardinia. Excursion for the ladies to Grotte Is Zuddas; visit of archaeological site of Nora combined with a delicious wine tasting in a vineyard and a rich lunch in a private room. On the last evening, after a walk in the historical centre, the group arrives at the terrace of the Bastione where a folk group was waiting for them with dances and songs. The aperitif was served in the terrace and then they had a candle light dinner

We organized for them a nice excursion by bicycle in the morning and then lunch in a typical Sardinia restaurant of the Marina district. After lunch a bus and a local guide were at disposal of the guests for a guided tour of the city that gave them a general overview from different panoramic points before going back to the harbour and get on the ship again to continue the cruise.

For the Czechdelegation of Astellas Pharma we organized and coordinated transfer from and to Cagliari Elmas airport. We made a program for excursions and dinners outside the hotel as well. On the first day guests enjoyed a bike tour: they left the Forte Village Resort with mountain bikes to reach, after 30 minutes, the archaeological site of Nora ruins. They visited the site with a professional guide. The second day was dedicated to sea excursions: they did a real regatta with 8 sailing boats and a jury. After the regatta they did a small tour of the best beaches near the Forte Village and then they had lunch on board in a wonderful bay. The last excursion was a tour of Cagliari, ended with a dinner at the Bastione di St. Remy. The most important moment of this event has been the dinner organized at the Lighthouse on the coast with a breathtaking view on the sea and an unforgettable panorama. .

Audi Med Cup 2010

A small VIP group requested 24/7 assistance for the organization of two days holidays dedicated to the Audi Med Cup Regatta sight. We handled the coordination of luxury minivans transfers for all days of the event and we privatized a luxury motor boat for two days. Fresh fish based lunches were served on board with different menu every day and everything was highly appreciated by the guests.

Audi Quattro Cup World Final

Colonna Beach Hotel & Resort and Pevero Golf Club in Porto Cervo have been honoured by the final world Golf Audi cup, called Audi Quattro Cup World Final 2010, celebrating the 20th year of this event. There were 53 countries arriving from all over the world taking part to this event. Transfer service from and to the airport was done through the Audi shuttle service with the help of our staff who gave assistance to arriving guests giving them information about their car and more. We organized and coordinated the hospitality desk at the hotel and at the Pevero Golf Club with multilingual hostesses. The opening ceremony took place at the Costa Smeralda Yacht Club, with a dinner buffet on wonderful terrace, with lots of flowers and fireworks. A big final shot and the projection of number 20 in the sky opened the competition. The second dinner took place at a famous and renowned restaurant in Porto Cervo. The third evening instead was spent in a wine cellar close to Arzachena, with typical Sardinian dishes with the suckling pig cooked in front of the guests. Before the dinner they showed a grape harvest simulation and the grape squashing with a presentation of wines that have been served during the dinner. On the last day, a final gala dinner was organized at the hotel for the final awarding ceremony. Guests used the shuttle service every day from the hotel to the Pevero Golf Club where they had buffet lunch every day at the Pevero Club House. Moreover we organized an alternative program for the non golfers with an excursion at La Maddalena on a private boat, with a guided tour of the island and shopping time. An unforgettable lunch in the floating restaurant in front of Santo Stefano Island. Partners participated to the Audi driving experience with a lunch near the Piazzetta of Porto Cervo.

During the SIFO Congress based in Cagliari we organized all the logistics for the delegates of the pharmaceutical company Lilly. We dealt with the transportation to and from the airport of Cagliari Elmas, to the hotels where clients were staying, and we also arranged all shuttle services to the Congress Centre located by the “Fiera di Cagliari”. The only spare moments, after the hard work of the conference, have been by dinnertime. We organized for our guests a first dinner with fish specialities in a well known restaurant situated on the coastal road that links Cagliari to Santa Margherita di Pula and a second one with traditional dishes from Sardinia, with meat and vegetables, in an historical restaurant located in the Marina district.

For this group of nice Japanese clients we organized an excursion to one of the most famous archaeological sites in Sardinia: the ruins of Nora. They found a bus and an expert local guide on their arrival at the harbour which brought them to discover an important part of the history of our Island. On the way back they had the chance to make a guided tour of Cagliari by bus and to see the most well known monuments and some panoramic glimpses of the city.

The area of the games was enriched with some exhibitions of local craftsmen showing their abilities in making typical objects and products from raw materials. Afterwards lunch was served in a local restaurant in the nearby. The day after was dedicated to outdoor sport activities. We organized excursions like mountain biking and golf and our German speaking hostesses coordinated together with instructors all the activities. The last evening has been the icing on the cake. We organized a dinner in a superb restaurant in the middle of a wide vineyard and some special moments occurred during this evening. On their arrival guests have been welcomed by a group of folk dancers and players who also performed some typical Sardinian songs and dances. During the dinner the show of the lookalike of the famous Italian singer Adriano Celentano cheered up all the guests with his most well knownsongs. A fireworks show ended the dinner and let the evening continue with a DJ set for a couple of hours. This is for sure a trip that all guest will remember with great pleasure!

An event that gathered together managers from different countries. It couldn’t start better than this: an aperitif served at sunset in a unique location. An ancient lighthouse, still working and completely renewed and refurbished, located on the top of a cliff with a stunning sea view! The ideal place to get together in a relaxed atmosphere and chat. The rich buffet dinner that followed in the garden ended in the best possible way this first approach with Sardinia. The following day, after a few hours of meeting at the hotel, the group has been transferred to the beach of Chia for a team building activity. Identified by different colours the teams had to face each other on various games; some of them really funny and some others a bit hard…especially under the hot summer sun of Sardinia. But fresh and energetic drinks as well as sandwiches and fruits were always available for our athletes during the activities! After lunch, served on board, they set course for the hotel again enjoying the landscape along the coast. The day after, divided in teams, they decided to discover the inland. On board of comfortable 4X4 vehicles the teams had to follow off road paths and found the Mediterranean plants showed in the Road Books they were given at departure. In the end they reached the archaeological site of Nora where our local guides showed them an important evidence of the history of Sardinia. After all this efforts a generous snack with some typical products and local wine has been served in a natural park, surrounded by centuries-old trees. The last day was then dedicated to the visit of Cagliari, our regional capital. As perfect ending of the event we organized an elegant dinner, served in a restaurant surrounded by a wide vineyard, during which the winning teams of the team building have been awarded with rich prizes. For this VIP Slovenian delegation of Renault we organized transfer services to and from Cagliari Elmas airport and an off road experience with jeeps and motocross. Guests left Forte Village with jeeps driven by expert drivers and they reached the starting point of the off road experience where they found the motorcycles. From that point some guests followed the route with motorcycles and the other part of the group continued with jeeps. The meeting point for the whole group was a farm house where we organized a lunch with shepherds, who cooked the suckling pig in front of the guests. On the day after guests should have done an excursion by sailing yachts that unfortunately didn’t take place because of sea conditions. The social program was based around an evening of “The Dolce Vita” in the town of Pula, where the guests could try and taste Sardinian specialties during a “village festival” organized and dedicated to them. They were entertained by a group of Sardinian singers called Tenori who sang some of the most famous Italian song. The next day, the gala dinner was held in the Cruise liner terminal at the Ichnusa dock, a stunning location in the heart of Cagliari
We also organized the logistic aspects of the event and supplied hostesses in various languages for the congressional meeting in the hotel and the sponsors stands.

The next day, after a brief meeting at the hotel, the guests discovered the wonders of the marine park of La Maddalena during an excursion aboard a motor yacht chartered exclusively. During the day at sea as well as various swimming breaks in the fantastic coves and beaches we organized an aperitif on one of the uninhabited islands and a delicious “local produce” buffet lunch on board the yacht.The evening gala dinner at the beach of the Hotel Sporting in Porto Rotondo with musical entertainment. Our French group reached the Forte Village with deluxe motor coaches with the assistance of our speaking French hostesses. While participants were busy in the various meetings, the partners visited Cagliari and enjoyed an excellent menu of fish in one of the most typical restaurants of the city.
The whole group on the third day attended a treasure hunt in an inflatable boat that ended with a nice lunch in Tuerredda, one of the most beautiful beaches in southern Sardinia.

The group from Belgium has been welcomed at the airport by our speaking French assistants and was accompanied to Forte Village.
The second day was dedicated to culture and traditions of Sardinia: the guests reached the beautiful city of Cagliari and visit the ancient part of the city Castello. After the city tour, the group met for lunch in a beautiful location situated halfway between Cagliari and the Forte Village, surrounded by acres of vineyards with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Cagliari.
Lunch included several appetizers, typical Sardinian pasta and a mix of grilled meat.
Sports’ enthusiasts spent their time at the Is Molas Golf Club experiencing various tournaments.
Fa Travel organized the transfer to the airport and gave the maximum assistance throughout the event.


LXXXI Congress of Società Dante Alighieri- 20/22 September 2013 - 120 pax
The organization of this Congress in the city of Cagliari has been fully entrusted to the experience of FA Travel. We have been involved in the development of this event from the first day and together with the secretariat of the Dante Alighieri we were able to meet all program changes during construction, including the change of location due to the extraordinary visit of the Holy Father in Cagliari.
The Congress was held over three days followed by an evening social program and also in the following days.
A magnificent gala dinner in the vineyards with dancing and entertainment, cultural excursions and sea excursions for delegates and accompanying persons.
We have dealt with all the transfer services to and from the airport of Cagliari and all internal transfers to the event. We have provided multi-lingual support and a reception desk at the airport.
The support to Dante Alighieri Society staff was supplied 24h.

This small group of 35 people chose one of the best city center hotelS for its stay in Cagliari. FA Travel DMC was responsible for the selection of hotels and booking of rooms and roundtrip transfers from the Cagliari Elmas Airport.

Fa Travel has arranged transfers from Cagliari airport at Forte Village Resort aboard comfortable coaches ensuring maximum service from arrival to departure.
The participants had the opportunity to taste a Sardinian dinner in a typical restaurant of Pula and the next day horse lovers had a long walk to discover the unspoiled nature of the island.


FED CUP - 30/01 November 2013 - 100 pax
Fa Travel provided transfers from Cagliari Elmas Airport to various hotels throughout the city of Cagliari, where participants stayed. Guests reached the tennis club in the morning on comfortable buses and they were dropped off at the various hotels at the end of the matches.
All our assistants had an info desk in both hotels and during the event have held a number of roles: secretarial, press room, auditorium, etc.
The last evening a gala dinner took place at an old historic villa. Fa Travel provided assistance with its own qualified staff throughout the evening.
