The hospitality is designed to suit your requirements: from the various hotel configurations and princely suites to long stay arrangements in our residences. 146 rooms (three different room types: Classic, Deluxe, Superior) the terracotta tiles floor, carpets, embroidered curtains and all the other room decorations are elegantly inspired by traditional Sardinian art. Every room has en-suite bathroom with a large marble vanity unit, bath-tub with shower and the exclusive amenities selected for our guests. Broadband internet access is free. Our bars and restaurants, pools and spa, as well as our astonishing public areas are the focal point of a nurtured village life in a location of unparalleled beauty. Conference Services: Grand Hotel Poltu Quatu location contributed in creating a successful combination of business and holiday for those who aim at quality for their work meetings but in a setting of sunshine and relax. The Conference Center (5,812 square feet) consists of the most modern technologies; there is a main hall and five more smaller rooms. The whole centre can be divided in different rooms whose size can be easily changed according to the customer requirements, thanks to modular sound-proof walls.
