Franco Atzeri

Since 1975 Vice President of World Travel Jet DMC and from 2006 General Manager of F.A. Travel Tour Operator & DMC. From the very beginning of his career, when the Sardinian Tourism business was making its first steps, he has become aware of the potential of Sardinia as an important destination in the leisure business. At the beginning of the 80s Franco Atzeri opened the doors of Sardinia to the big European Tour Operators as Neckerman, Thomas Cook, Kuoni Reisen and many more, giving them an always punctual and efficient service.

In 1990 Franco Atzeri understood that the right time for Sardinia to play an important role in Europe as base for important international events has come, one for all the Ford Mondeo launch in 2000, which hosted in Sardinia more than 20’000 international car dealers in a back to back operation lasting one month.

Today, thanks to his personality and professionalism, Franco Atzeri represents the key of success of F.A. Travel Tour Operator and DMC.


Andrea Atzeri

Born in 1976, he graduated in Economics in 2000. Son of Franco Atzeri, a very well known travel agent in Sardinia, Andrea inherited his father’s passion for tourism. From 2001 to 2006 he had been the Marketing Manager of one of the most important Travel Agencies in Cagliari. The 14th of February 2006 he has officially created F.A. Travel Tour Operator & DMC, as CEO.

Since then, he has been in charge of the agency, always finding the best solutions to reposition it in the market. His main goal with F.A. Travel DMC is to extend the Incentive Travel Market in Sardinia to Autumn and Winter seasons, aiming at resources as golf, wellness, sailing and gastronomy. All activities are tailor-made, based on a deep knowledge of the territory and always combine professional skills with creativity and a great passion for tourism.



Marta Caboni

After having studied in Germany and graduated in Cagliari, I started working in the DMC business, incentives programming and congresses. My complete fluency in German, English and Italian has led me to deal with companies from all over the world, focusing on Sardinia as a premiere destination for meetings and events. I speak Italian, English and German. Now in F.A. Travel Tour Operator & DMC, I work at the DMC Forte Village Resort Dept.



Simonetta Calledda

I have been working in the tourism field for the last ten years and I still do, with passion and enthusiasm. I have collaborated with internationally known hotel chains and I have worked both in the outgoing and incoming departments in a travel agency. I got a BA in languages and I speak Italian, English and German.
Presently in F.A. Travel Tour Operator & DMC, I work at the DMC North Sardinia Dept.



Cinzia Fabbian

I got a degree in Foreign Languages for Business Purposes at the University of Turin. I’ve been working in the tourism and congress field for almost five years. I worked for several agencies specialised in the organisation of events and congresses, then as a receptionist in a hotel. I speak Italian, French, English and German. Currently I work for F.A. Travel Tour Operator & DMC, at the DMC South Sardinia Dept.



Susana Fernandez

I was born and raised in Spain, but my interest in foreign languages and cultures, has led me to live several years in Ireland, Germany and Italy. I have obtained a BA in Translation and Interpreting and a European Master’s Degree in Conservation and Management of Cultural Heritage. I have worked as a management secretary, translator and in the event’s organization field in Germany and Italy. At present I work for F.A. Travel Tour Operator & DMC, at the DMC South Sardinia Dept.



Maura Mascia

My passion for foreign languages led me to choose a way that brought me outside Italy for some time. With a solid language background I faced university in translation and interpreting achieving very good results. My strong organizational skills led me to work very soon in the congress field, as assistant before and as events executive later. I fluently speak Italian, Spanish and English. Presently in F.A. Travel Tour Operator & DMC, I work at the DMC South Sardinia Dept.




Giulia Garau

As I’ve always been interested in foreign languages, I decided to study them at the High school and then at the University. Several experiences abroad enabled me to improve my language and personal skills and stimulated my passion for tourism industry. I hold a degree in Foreign languages and Communication and I completed a Master in Hotel & Resort Management. I speak Italian, French, English and German. Currently I work for F.A. Travel Tour Operator & DMC, at the DMC South Sardinia Dept.




Benedetta Busanca

After the technical business diploma, I went on my professional training by an important business consultant. Thanks to this experience and a marked aptitude for the above subject, I had the chance to work for one of the biggest Travel Agencies in Sardinia, where in ten years I have increased my knowledge, above all in travel agency and tour operator administration. From 2007 I have been working for the F.A. Travel as Administration Dept. Manager. 




Monica Prinzis

After having graduated in Economics, I had the opportunity to do an internship in the Administration Department at the F.A. Travel Agency. During this period, I could improve my skills in administrative field and gain new knowledge regarding the tourism industry. After the above experience, I could keep working at the F.A. Travel agency as employee in Administration Dept.    




Elena Nieddu

After studying one year at the Humboldt Universität in Berlin and graduating in Foreign Languages at the University of Sassari, I attended a Master in Public Relations at a business school in Rome. I also trained on-the job in the organization of cultural events and in the field of international promotion. I’ve been successfully working in the organization of groups and incentives for two years. I speak Italian, English and German. Now in F.A. Travel Tour Operator & DMC, I work at the DMC North Sardinia Dept.



Annapaola Pinna

After my degree in Foreign Languages at the University of Sassari and a six month study experience in Germany, I worked in the tourism field as receptionist. Thanks to the post graduation course in International Trade & Marketing in Parma, I had the chance to work in organisation of congresses and events, and in the sales & marketing dept. for several companies in Parma. I speak Italian, English and German. Currently I work for F.A. Travel Tour Operator & DMC, at the DMC North Sardinia Dept.



Stefano Schirru

For several years I worked in organization & management field of corporate resources, my strength is the problem solving. I am master graduate in economy B. F. I. I attended the most important Italian business school, I lived and studied in England for one year. I have started working in the tourism field for F.A. Travel as coordinator in northern Sardinia of airport activities of the most important European tour operators with local carriers. I speak Italian and English. Presently, I work at the DMC North Sardinia Dept.




Manuela Porceddu

As I’ve always been interested in foreign languages, after my studies, I lived for many years in Germany and Austria, working in the tourism field. I have been working at F.A. Travel in the Booking Department since 2007. I can speak Italian, German, English and French.




Ilenia Sollai

I got a degree in Foreign Languages at the University of Cagliari. I’ve been working in the tourism field for almost seven years. In England, where I lived for two years, I worked as a receptionist for many important hotel chains. I speak Italian, English and German. Currently, I work for F.A. Travel Tour Operator & DMC at the Booking Department.




Marcello Cossu

After my experience as accountant in an important Sardinian Bank and at University of Cagliari, I graduated in Political Sciences. Right after I decided to invest my competence in the tourism field, and started working at the accounts department of a travel agency in Cagliari. I have been working for F.A Travel Tour Operator & DMC at the Booking Dept. since 2007: they have given to me the chance to improve my skills and learn new ones. I can speak Italian and English.




Davide Biggio

After having graduated in Russian and English Language and Literature at University of Cagliari, I immediately started working in the tourism field, gathering experience in Outgoing and Incoming agencies. At F.A. Travel I work at the Booking Department, which takes care of the most important Italian and foreign tour operators, dealing with hotel reservations, transfers and excursions. I speak Italian and English.




Polina Kulishova

Passion for languages gave me an opportunity to travel around the world and communicate with people of all nationalities. Born in Russia, I graduated from the Department of Foreign Languages. Linguistic knowledge and aptitude for interpersonal relations led me to Forte Village Resort in Sardinia, where every day I have a possibility to help our clients and organize spectacular excursions for them. I speak Italian, English, German and Russian, obviously.
