9 - 13 May 2010 214 pax South East - Villasimius Timi Ama We have studied an intense program for the Polish delegation of Novartis, rich of relaxing moments. We organized transfers from and to the airport and welcome gifts that guests found in their own rooms at the Timi Ama. We studied and made the logo of the incentive trip, we managed the porter service upon arrival and departure. We proposed them a Cagliari & San Sperate tour with Polish mother tongue guides and lunch in a typical restaurant. A part of the group did an excursion on a vintage shooner with lunch on board, another group went on excursion by rubber boats on the Villasimius coast. We organized a typical dinner with a folk group performance, with Sardinian music and show cooking. |
