23 – 25 September 2010 300 pax South West, Santa Margherita di Pula Forte Village Resort For this event we were in charge of all logistics for the artists who performed during the two evenings organised by the client. We reserved all flight tickets for them and also organized all their transfers on site. In cooperation with the organizers we also worked out a transfer plan for the evening that had to be held by a wonderful lighthouse only a few kilometres from the Forte Village Resort. Unfortunately rain let us change our plans last minute and everything was arranged inside the resort in the end. |
