Puerto Calero 22nd - 23rd July - 150 pax In the framework of the Audi Med Cup regatta, during the contest taking place in Cagliari, we worked together with the Puerto Calero staff to organize the presentation of the regatta that will take place by them, in Lanzarote, next October. We provided them with some hostesses that the day before the event distributed some flyers with the invitation to the presentation and also some gadgets, both inside the regatta village both by the most well known bars and pubs in Cagliari. For the evening of the presentation a model and a mime welcomed the guests in the VIP area of the village, during a champagne cocktail. The mime then entertained guests with some funny gags. At the end of the presentation we've organised a buffet, with the help of a high level catering service, very famous in Cagliari. The evening ended with a DJ set that let everybody dance, both sailors and local participants! |
